I am a registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who believes we all deserve to be heard and have the ability to make meaningful changes to enjoy the life we have. My approach to Therapy is to journey with you in a supportive and safe space, allowing you to reflect, build confidence, and make informed choices. As a Hispanic- Canadian fluent in English and Spanish, I get the importance of cultural identity and the complexity of merging cultures. Some of my work has focused on helping clients with anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal problems and work/school stress. I have a Master’s in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Child and Youth Worker diploma from Humber College.
